If a customer is not satisfied with a purchased item, Aa Doble a allows them to change or return the item within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Aa Doble a will not accept changes or returns of used or damaged items (unless there is a defect). All returns of purchased items must be packed carefully.

I WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM AND GET A COUPON FOR THE SAME VALUE FOR USE AT THE STORE (no expiration date)

In order to get a coupon for the value of the items purchased, please go through the return process and write to info@aadoblea.com to let us know that you would like to receive a coupon. This coupon has no expiration date and will be accessible from your account under “Discount Coupons”.

I WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK

In order to refund the items you purchased, please go through the return process and write to info@aadoblea.com. In addition, please provide the following information:
Ð The e-mail you used to make payment, if you paid via PayPal.
Ð The IBAN code of the bank account where you would like us to refund your money, if you paid via bank transfer or card.
Once we accept your return request (within 24 hours on workdays), we will await the package with the items you would like to return. You will need to pay the shipping cost of returning the items. Return requests will be accepted within 24 hours on workdays. Once your return has been accepted, you must include the delivery receipt we sent with the order in the package along with the items you are returning.
